  Lovely place, well built and carefully maintained at reasonable fees despite a lot of amenties and a lot of regular cleaning and maintenance by great friendly staff (who will boost your battery if asked), very good security, great maybe best views in city of ocean and intercoastal and of singer island and boats esp at night. Nothing is perfect including hot wire (however, the cost of cable, internet and long distance NA phone service is amazingly inexpensive for what you get and hotwire is trying hard incl regular visitations and service improvements ). intersting that the two negative comments are by a fired hotwire employee with an axe to grind and no other apparent connection, and someone who claims there is too much paperwork to get in (controlled access to documented people is huge positive IMHO)
