  I applied via the website for a 4 bedroom and was approved needless to say when I went to pay the holding fee, I was informed that the unit was no longer available because current tenant who was said to be getting evicted paid the money for rent owed. Never was I informed of this ongoing matter regarding the unit. I was told I was approved, ask about how soon I wanted to move in and ask to pay a holding fee. Needless to say I'm without an apartment and the money paid for the application fee. The unit should not have been listed if it wasn't available for certainty. Not a good way to conduct business.
